Dedicated dust extraction system:
Abrasive cabinet sandblasters can be equipped with a dust extraction and filtration system for particles generated during the blasting process. The extraction system includes a dedicated fan and filter, allowing cleaned air to be safely released into the workspace without the risk of airborne dust. The system’s performance ensures good visibility for the operator during work.
Automatic filter cleaning system:
A standard feature in Abrasive machines is the automatic filter cleaning system, which removes dust that accumulates on the filters. The cleaning frequency can be adjusted depending on the nature of the work and the dust level inside the cabinet.
Quiet and efficient fans:
The installed fans are characterized by low noise levels and high efficiency, which enhances operator comfort. Additionally, the motors are enclosed to further reduce noise emissions.
Operation:
Dust extraction systems can be activated from a control panel mounted inside the sandblasting cabinet or via a switch located in the control box on the extraction unit. Optionally, systems can be equipped with a frequency inverter, allowing performance adjustment. Dust waste collects in a container mounted under the filter, which can be emptied easily and quickly.
