In our sandblasters — both pressure and injector types — we use advanced abrasive separation systems that significantly improve processing efficiency and ensure consistent results, even as abrasive quality degrades during use. Additionally, the separator removes contaminants from the abrasive, ensuring that only clean media exits the blasting nozzle.
A cyclone separator uses centrifugal force to separate contaminants from the abrasive. Heavier abrasive particles are pushed downward into the pressure or injector tank for reuse, while lighter contaminants are drawn into the filtration system.
Allows repeated use of the abrasive material, significantly reducing operating costs.
Enables longer operator work time without the need to refill abrasive media.
Removing contaminants from the abrasive cycle ensures consistent, effective surface cleaning with repeatable results.
Reduces waste and lowers dust emissions into the atmosphere.
